The NYU School of Professional Studies, Division of Programs in Business, is seeking engaging, experienced financial planners to teach financial planning graduate courses part-time in its degree program.

The Division is actively seeking candidates who have experience working with a diverse base of professionals and/or teaching a diverse population of students and can teach the following evening courses in-person:

The NYU Division of Programs in Business provides applied, professional education for students interested in becoming leaders in the functional areas of a business: marketing, human resources, management and technology, and finance. In compliance with NYC?s Pay Transparency Act, the contact hour rate for this position is $214.24. This rate is based on the collective bargaining agreement with Local 7902.

The ideal candidate will have:

? Master?s degree in financial planning (preferred) or a related discipline

? CFP certification

? A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field

? 1-2 years of client-facing experience

? The ability and skills to develop and deliver impactful and engaging course work and program materials in the financial planning domain

? Experience in public speaking or corporate training

? Teaching experience strongly preferred

? Demonstrated continuous professional development in the field

? Experience working with and/or teaching a diverse populationof students
