Job summary

College of Lake County is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member in Nursing to teach the lab portion of nursing courses at the Grayslake Campus.

The instructor will create and distribute a course syllabus, teach all scheduled classes, respond to student work, and evaluate student performance. This is a part-time, adjunct position with a 25-hour weekly schedule and a per-load-hour compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with a major in Nursing.
• Licensed to practice in state of Illinois and at least two (2) years of tested clinical experience.

• Demonstrated professional learning or certification inevidence-based student-focused pedagogical teaching and assessment practice such as ACUE, workshops and data use
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
