Responsibilities include preparing course materials, delivering lectures, and assessing student performance. The role is designed to support the department's academic goals while enhancing the learning experience for students. The department is seeking for Winter 2026.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Prepare and deliver instructional content in business law and other specialty courses as needed.* Develop and distribute syllabi, assignments, and exams.* Evaluate and grade student performance, providing feedback as needed.* Maintain office hours to support student learning and provide academic guidance.* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development as needed.* Stay current with developments in the field and incorporate new knowledge into instruction.* Perform other duties as assigned.**SUPERVISION RECEIVED:** General supervision is received from the Dean of the College and/or Department Chair. **SUPERVISION EXERCISED:** N/A **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*** Juris Doctor (J.D.)
