• Guide students through key course outcomes related to nutrition science and health promotion
• Maintain strong communication with students and program leadership, including hosting virtual office hours

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field required; Ph.D. or RDN credential preferred
• Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level strongly preferred
• Experience teaching in online environments desirable
• A passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in nutrition and health fields
• Familiarity with Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System preferred
