Primary Responsibility

Pre-requisites for Position (Qualifications Standards)
Qualified candidates must be credentialed or eligible to be credentialed in the relevant program. Ideal qualifications include:
Special skills include knowledge of pedagogy, teaching experience (equivalent to two years), strong computer and technology skills, organizational and office skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, research abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to working effectively with diverse students, staff, and community members. Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are preferred.

Supervision of the Position
This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Instruction or designee and may supervise student employees. It requires adherence to safety and compliance policies, with possible travel and evening/weekend hours.
Working Conditions
This role involves sitting, walking, standing, driving, handling objects, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and constant communication. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment, with occasional vehicle use. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
