Overview

Berkeley College is seeking highly qualified and motivated instructors to teach courses and support our vision of becoming the college of choice for students pursuing lifelong success in dynamic careers. We serve a diverse student population across New York and New Jersey locations. Courses include Principles of Management, Introduction to International Business, International Trade Policies, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, Export and Import Policies, Business Strategy, and Managing for Change.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate courses in International Business and Management, presenting concepts in an innovative, engaging, and energetic manner. Utilize group work and reality‑based case examples to enhance learning. Work with a broad spectrum of learners and support student success.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $3,100.00 - $3,600.00 per course/semester

Qualifications

• An earned doctorate (Ph.D. preferred) in International Business or a closely related field, or a master’s degree in International Business with extensive professional international experience.
• Track record of successful and highly effective teaching experience in an academic setting.
• Passion for teaching and learning, strong work ethic, enthusiastic team player.
• Enthusiasm for the subject matter and ability to work with diverse learners.
