Qualifications

• Earned a master’s degree in the respective teaching field, or a master’s degree in another field with at least 18 hours of master’s level work.
• Experience and skills may be justified to SACSCOC with a justification letter.
• All part-time faculty must meet SACSCOC regulation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses that draw upon their academic disciplines and work experiences.
• Strive to improve teaching effectiveness and show interest in student progress.
• Keep accurate records of the academic standing of each student.
• Submit all reports of grades and information required by administration.
