Job summary

College of DuPage seeks adjunct faculty to teach Adult Computers. Instructors will plan courses and teach in classroom, lab, or online formats (face-to-face, hybrid, online). Responsibilities include student assessment and timely submission of paperwork.

Opportunities may include days, evenings and weekends. Candidates should have minimum two years teaching adults, strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, and be able to teach in person at the Ellyn Campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' teaching adults is preferred.
• Advanced Experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams) and other personal/workplace programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Google, and AI.
• Must be able to teach in person at the main Ellyn Campus.
• Access to personal technology, home computer/laptop with ability to teach online if requested.
• These positions are paid by stipends for course assignments. Pay rate is $33.99 per contact hour.

Responsibilities

• Course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings; formats may include face-to-face, online, hybrid, or blended.
• Student evaluation and timely submission of required paperwork related to instruction.
