Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of professional experience in industry.
• Experience with data structures in Python and Java.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instructional materials aligned with CTU curricula.
• Provide instruction in assigned courses including labs and related work.
• Engage with students to encourage participation and learning.
• Relate industry experience to CTU's Professional Learning Model.
• Maintain accessibility and timely responsiveness to students and staff.
• Establish weekly office hours for student questions.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Document student course activities.
• Collaborate with CTU teams to identify and support at-risk students.
• Refer students to co-curricular resources (advising, tutoring, libraries).
• Participate in academic governance and assessment processes.
• Complete required faculty certification and training.
• Provide updated licensures, certifications, and CVs as appropriate.
• Work with Program Chair/Lead Faculty; follow Faculty Handbook.
