Job summary

Herzing University in New Orleans (Kenner, LA) seeks a Clinical Nursing Instructor to teach didactic, lab, and clinical courses at the Kenner campus. This is a part-time Adjunct Faculty role with required travel to clinical sites.

Job description

This is a Clinical Nursing Instructor (part-time Adjunct Faculty) for Herzing’s New Orleans (Kenner, LA) Campus. This position will be required to travel to clinical sites.

Adjunct Faculty are eligible to participate in the Herzing 401(k) plan with company match and our excellent education assistance programs including eligibility for full tuition coverage when enrolling in our DNE program after 90 days of employment! (Subject to Program Terms and Conditions)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in Louisiana

Compensation for undergraduate nursing adjunct is $750 per didactic credit (approx. 15 hours), $1500 per lab credit (approx. 30 hours) and $2250 per clinical credit (approx. 45 hours).
