Job summary

Salem University’s School of Nursing seeks Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty to support the ASN program. You will provide clinical instruction, supervision, evaluation, and mentorship to pre-licensure nursing students in diverse clinical, lab, and simulation environments.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program and active RN licensure required.
• Two years of direct patient-care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong teaching, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical instruction and supervision to ASN students.
• Facilitate clinical learning in diverse settings and simulations.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with course coordinators and clinical partners.
• Maintain compliance with Board of Nursing requirements and accreditation standards.
