Qualifications

• Master's degree in the assigned business discipline or a related field.
• Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
• Subject-matter expertise and effective communication skills.
• Ability to use instructional technology and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in accordance with curricula and learning outcomes.
• Prepare instruction, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
• Communicate expectations and evaluate student performance fairly.
• Maintain records and submit grades by deadlines.
• Use LMS and required instructional technologies.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
• Maintain a respectful, professional learning environment.
• Follow university policies and credentialing standards.
• Participate in orientation and departmental activities.
