Qualifications

• Georgia Master Barber or Instructor certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Documented teaching of barbering at the postsecondary level (preferred).
• 3 years experience in barbering within the last five years (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teach all phases of the barbering curriculum in classroom and labs.
• Develop syllabi and lesson plans; prepare course goals and objectives.
• Maintain grade books, records, and inventories; monitor student progress.
• Lead adjunct faculty mentoring and provide support as needed.
• Attend professional development and travel within service area as required.
