Job summary

Southwestern Michigan College is seeking an adjunct faculty member for Automotive Trades to teach courses within the Automotive Technology AAS and Certificate programs at the Dowagiac campus.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology or related field, an Automotive Certificate or ASE certification, or equivalent industry experience, and demonstrate effective teaching and communication skills.

Qualifications

Required: Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology or related field; OR Automotive Certificate or ASE certification; OR Industry Experience in Automotive Technology.
Preferred: Associate degree in Automotive Technology or higher; Industry experience; ASE Certification(s); Teaching experience

Responsibilities
