Qualifications

• MSN ACNP/AGACNP degree required.
• Minimum of two years' professional ACNP/AGACNP experience.
• Active ACNP/AGACNP license and multi-state RN license.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Strong communication and student mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to site locations within Odessa, TX to observe student performance.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with partnering health care organizations.
• Maintain clear communication with students, preceptors, OFE, and GCU Course Faculty.
• Provide records and use Typhon for record keeping and evaluation reporting.
• Apply evaluation procedures and report results to Course Faculty.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements and uphold nursing tenets and university values.
• Participate in program activities across departments and support community engagement.
• Model professionalism and align with GCU's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission.
