Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in adhesives or related materials.
• Experience planning, conducting, and documenting lab tests and evaluations.
• Ability to analyze results and communicate technical recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical innovation and product development from concept to commercialization.
• Plan, conduct, document laboratory testing, evaluations, trials, and experiments.
• Design and execute test methods to evaluate material performance and customer-specific requirements.
• Analyze experimental data and provide technical recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project summaries for management and teams.
• Coordinate laboratory trials, pilot runs, and production-scale validation activities.
