Qualifications

• Undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Excellent team player with proactive and supportive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Capable of planning and organizing lab work with guidance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with state-of-the-art technologies and raw materials in developing adhesives and sealants.
• Support formulation and preparation of product batches in a lab environment.
• Learn and apply standardized testing methodologies for product performance and quality.
• Analyze and interpret test results, identify trends and potential improvements.
• Collaborate with senior technologists to discuss findings and contribute to product innovation.
• Participate in development of innovative new products through hands-on experimentation and research.
