Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of related production experience.
• Basic computer skills including SAP/ERP and MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes for bulk adhesive products per SOPs and safety requirements.
• Operate production equipment including mixers, mills, presses, and scales to meet batch specs and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, contamination-free work areas, equipment and tools.
• Monitor process conditions, product quality, and equipment performance; report deviations.
• Document production activities, material usage, and process data in required systems and batch records.
