H.B. Fuller is hiring an Extruder Operator in Michigan Center, MI for the 2nd shift with flexibility to cover all shifts. The role pays $21.38 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential and includes a three-year progression plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• No manufacturing experience required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders and safety/quality documentation.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging by measuring and transporting to production area.
• Operate production equipment following SOPs and safety requirements.
• Monitor equipment and processes to maintain target production rates and quality.
• Perform initial product quality testing and release activities.
• Verify labels and packaging for correct product identification and compliance with labeling procedures.
• Package finished products per work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document production records.
