Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies is hiring for a United States, Cleveland, OH production operator on the 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm). You will operate machines, follow batch tickets, adjust equipment to spec, and monitor output quality while maintaining daily records.

The role includes daily cleaning and adherence to safety and manufacturing standards. New hires receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a shift differential of $1.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of relevant manufacturing training.
• Completion of operations and safety training matrix.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Follow Batch Tickets.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas as assigned.
