Accelera Staffing is seeking a Coating Machine Operator to drive efficiency and precision in adhesive application. You will set up resin machinery, ensure high-quality output, and maintain a safe, organized workspace to meet production targets.

In this on-site role in Levittown, PA, you will calibrate equipment, coordinate material flow, conduct quality checks, follow 5S and OSHA guidelines, and document production data to support inventory integrity and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency using basic hand tools for machine adjustments.
• Strong verbal and written communication for documentation and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
