Vista Counseling & Wellness Center in Bend, Oregon seeks therapists who understand ADHD and how it shows up at home, school, and work. Join our Bend office to help clients build skills and manage overwhelm, working with their brains, not against them.

Our intake team will connect you with ADHD-informed clients to support their growth. With a minimum of 18 sessions per week, you set your own goals and hours.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology is required.
• Oregon licensure or registration as an associate is required or encouraged for licensure.
• Clinical experience preferred; associates working toward licensure are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADHD-informed therapy to central Oregon clients with a focus on home, school, and work contexts.
• Assist intake team by connecting clients with appropriate ADHD-informed therapy services.
• Work flexible hours with a stated minimum load of 18 sessions per week and set your own goals.
• Deliver supportive therapy while maintaining Vista Counseling's commitment to inclusive, bias-aware care.

Education

Job Summary:

Central Oregon adults, teens, and families are looking for therapists who understand ADHD and how it shows up at home, school, and work. Join our Bendoffice to help clients build skills, manage overwhelm, and work with their brains, not against them. Our intake team will connect you with clients looking for ADHD-informed therapy.

Summary

• Live the Bend and Central Oregon life. You set your own goal and your hours, with a minimum of 18 sessions a week, so powder mornings, midday rides, and dog walks still fit around your caseload.
• Pay: See below.
• The Boost Program: your first three months of pay guaranteed at your caseload goal, worth up to $19,600–24,300 with a master's degree ($24,800–27,300 for psychologists).
• Locally owned since 2002. W2 employment, owners who live in Bend , and no private equity, hospital, or insurance company ownership.

Compensation (full-time, 24 clients a week)

• Associate / pre-licensed (master's): $62.80 per session, about $78,374 a year
• Licensed (master's): $70.00–78.00 per session, about $87,360–97,344 a year
• Psychologist: $79.50–87.50 per session, about $99,216–109,200 a year

Annual pay is calculated over 52 weeks and includes paid sick leave/PTO. Pay is per session and scales with the goal you set (18–30 sessions a week).

• Health insurance: Vista pays $900/month toward your premium for full-time therapists (24+ sessions a week) and, $550/month for part-time therapists (18–23)
• Paid time off: up to 80 hours a year for full-time therapists, 40 hours a year for part-time therapists; unused hours carry over. If you work 24 sessions a week, this comes to 3.3 weeks of paid time off a year.
