Clinical Partners is seeking a Medication Management Specialist with non-medical prescriber qualifications to support safe titration of ADHD medications and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care within a mental health setting.

You will collaborate with prescribers, service managers, pharmacy professionals and clinical staff to review medications, ensure confidentiality, and support patients across episodes of care. This role requires a DBS check.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and relevant clinical training.
• Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) with ADHD prescribing experience (2+ years).
• Experience prescribing ADHD meds (stimulants & non-stimulants) and other mental health meds.
• Experience using CRM tools and maintaining patient confidentiality across communications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all repeat prescriptions, ensuring alignment with titration outcomes and clinical recommendations.
• Support implementation and quality-check NHS EPS for ADHD medications.
• Develop and deliver ADHD Service to ensure continuity of supply between care episodes.
• Review medication use regularly and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Coordinate with cardiac physiologist for investigations prior to medication initiation when required.
• Assist in policy and procedure implementation within the pharmacy team.
• Oversee administrative duties related to diagnostic assessments and medication suitability documents.
• Answer basic medicine information queries.
