Job summary

TeleMedik is seeking an Evaluator (Social Work) to receive and analyze cases from the abuse hotline. This temporary, part-time role is based in Guaynabo, PR with a remote-hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Social Work and a current license, plus at least one year of health or customer service experience. Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Active license in social work is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or health-related settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computerized systems and data entry.
