About this role

The Onsite Supervisor acts as the candidate’s/associate’s employment “agent” (liaison) and point of contact throughout the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This position ensures satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with candidates/associates, showing appreciation for their contributions, sharing their importance to the organization, and reinforcing the benefits of working for Adecco. It is also responsible for meeting performance KPIs and SLAs to ensure excellent client delivery.

What you’ll be doing

Recruiting/Skill Marketing

  • Manage job postings across various systems.
  • Understand the local talent market and implement workforce planning to maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Engage with all candidates contacting the onsite, providing accurate information about Adecco, offers, and training programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
  • Achieve recruitment activity KPIs.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and identify best placements.
  • Assess candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and client requirements.
  • Perform complex searches using Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
  • Complete onboarding processes per organizational and client requirements.
  • Build a candidate pipeline for future client needs.
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies for various skill sets.
  • Create and implement strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation and rates.
  • Facilitate interviews, including candidate preparation and client briefings.
  • Conduct post-interview debriefs with candidates and clients.
  • Perform secondary screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
  • Develop candidate summaries for resumes.
  • Maintain candidate records in the tracking database.
Job Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent plus 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. Experience in the service provider industry is preferred. Candidates should have a proven track record in customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and building strong relationships.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Process and KPI-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management; ability to learn new software.
  • Strong problem-solving and task prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate networks.

Compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, and location.
