Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in additive manufacturing or similar role.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electronic or electromechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of CAD models, engineering drawings, and engineering documentation methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare and optimize print files, selecting materials and print parameters.
  • Develop consistent post-processing workflows.
  • Optimize paint preparation and application techniques for quality and repeatability.
  • Develop and update manufacturing work instructions to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and improve machine utilization.
  • Support equipment qualification and preventive maintenance.
  • Perform finishing operations and prepare parts for assembly.
  • Inspect parts for defects and dimensional conformance.
  • Coordinate prototype builds with Design Engineering and Prototype teams.
  • Design, fabricate, and validate rapid tooling for prototype manufacturing.

Join a company driven by quality products across an evolving range of industries.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Additive Manufacturing Engineer II develops and improves manufacturing methods while supporting prototype development and low-volume production.
