Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as operating a company vehicle is essential.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction‑related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay of $20, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.

• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
