The West Philadelphia Community Mental Health Consortium, Inc. (Consortium) is a nonprofit (501(c)(3) Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) established in 1967 as one of Philadelphia’s twelve CMHCs. Throughout our history, we have pioneered providing behavioral health services with ‘compassion first’ priorities coupled with excellence in mental health treatments and collaborative understanding.
