Rochester Regional Health’s Greece Clinic is seeking an Addiction Therapist to provide addiction diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, case management, and individual/group counseling for clients with chemical dependency. Qualifications

• Master's degree not required for CASAC-T or CASAC, or a related OASAS license.
• Completion of a clinical internship in chemical dependency or at least 1 year of work experience in chemical dependency or mental health program.
• CASAC, CASAC-T may be required; full certification to be obtained within 36 months or possession of an OASAS QHP license.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling for Substance Use Disorder.
• Complete timely progress summaries and all patient documentation in compliance with standards.
• Develop individualized, culturally sensitive treatment plans and engage multidisciplinary team.
