Clinical Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight
    • Supervise and support addiction counselors, therapists, and case managers.
    • Conduct regular clinical audits and chart reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
    • Facilitate case conferences and clinical team meetings.
  • Program Management
    • Develop and implement treatment protocols and program enhancements.
    • Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies to improve client success rates.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align services with organizational goals.
  • Staff Development
    • Provide clinical supervision for licensure hours (if applicable).
    • Mentor staff in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and other modalities.
    • Coordinate ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Client Care
    • Maintain a small caseload of complex cases as needed.
    • Ensure culturally competent, ethical, and client-centered care.
    • Respond to crisis situations and support staff in de-escalation and intervention.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and licensing requirements.
    • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Participate in accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
