Job summary

Amatus Recovery Centers is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide high-quality care, support, and treatment to individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. This part-time role runs Friday through Sunday from 8am to 4pm, offering meaningful work and opportunities to grow and lead within a compassionate team.

You will deliver individual and group therapy, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or working toward full licensure.
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

Your Role as a Clinician

As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For
