Summit BHC is seeking a Clinical Services Manager at Wooded Glen Recovery Center in Henryville, IN, to assist the clinical director with daily operations, planning, and evaluation of clinical care systems. You will supervise clinical staff, lead ASAM evaluations, psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and treatment planning, ensuring safe and effective therapeutic practices.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school in clinical, psychology or social service-related field.
• Three or more years’ experience post-obtaining Master’s degree working with the population of the facility required.
• Skilled in substance use and addiction counseling and assessment and knowledge of regulatory standards.

Mansioni

• Review progress, quality, and effectiveness of clinical programs via live observations and chart audits.
• Implements and monitors the clinical unit program schedule.
• Provides support and instruction to direct care staff to ensure treatment plans and service delivery meet client clinical needs.
• Ensures clinical programming, staffing, and documentation comply with regulatory standards of care.
• Coaches staff through hiring, orientation, performance assessment and employee engagement.
• Manages staff scheduling and contingency staffing.
• Provides clinical consultation, guidance and supervision.
• Serves as subject matter expert on documentation standards for clinical services.
• Maintains a limited caseload as needed.
• Maintains awareness of community and market activities related to mental health.
• Provides direct care services when needed.
