Pacific Clinics is seeking a dedicated APS II to implement Addiction Prevention Services across designated schools, community sites, or agency campuses. You will support collaboration between the agency and schools to ensure effective prevention activities and client engagement.
Under supervision, you will coordinate referrals, co-lead groups, and document outcomes, with a focus on client stability and recovery within a team-based approach.

works with individuals 26+ who are living with severe mental illnesses or co-occurring substance use. To meet the criteria for our program, the individual would need to have had 3 EPS and/or a psychiatric hospitalization in the past 12 months. Experience homelessness and/or co-occurring substance use. The program uses a team-based approach with clinicians, Specialists, Peers, psychiatry, and Nursing to support clients in reaching stability and recovery.
9-6 pm flexible as needed, with as-needed weekends, holidays, etc
$31.40 - $38.61 per hour
Under general supervision, implements the Addiction Prevention Services (APS) at one or more of the following settings: designated schools, in the community, with the family, or on site at and agency campus. Fulfills a role in the collaboration and communication between the Agency and the assigned school or program and its respective Supervisor. The APS II has the ability to provide Level I & II prevention activities.
