Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Danvers Treatment Center is seeking an Addiction Medicine Registered Nurse to support individuals during withdrawal and recovery in a medically monitored program. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and ensure patient safety and comfort.

You’ll monitor symptoms, document progress, administer medications per protocol, and help plan individualized treatment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Background in addiction medicine, medical-surgical nursing, or mental health nursing preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Ability to provide culturally competent and equitable care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans.
• Promote a therapeutic environment supporting patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Administer and monitor medications according to established protocols.
