You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document symptoms, adjust care plans, and help provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a 24/7 setting.

This role requires MA RN license, CPR certification, and a commitment to equitable, patient-centered care for diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Background in addiction medicine, medical-surgical nursing, or mental health nursing preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Ability to provide culturally competent, equitable care to diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans.
• Promote a therapeutic environment that supports patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Administer and monitor medications according to established protocols.
