Job summary

University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE, recruits an Addiction Medicine Physician to join our Addiction Division. You will provide patient care in a busy addiction treatment clinic and teach fellows, psychiatry residents, family medicine residents, and third-year medical students.

The department collaborates with addiction psychiatrists and other specialists, with opportunities to develop innovative programs in integrated collaborative care and to pursue research and leadership roles

Qualifications

• MD/DO must be board certified or board eligible in addiction medicine.
• Experience teaching fellows, residents, and medical students is preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy outpatient/inpatient addiction medicine setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in a busy addiction treatment clinic.
• Teach fellows, psychiatry residents, family medicine residents, and medical students.
• Collaborate with addiction psychiatrists and other specialists.
