• Patient Population: Addiction Medicine (Outpatient Setting)
• Setting: Outpatient Treatment Center
• Responsibilities: Provide addiction treatment services in an outpatient facility
• Required Procedures: General addiction medicine care
• EMR System: sAMMS
• Support Staff: Standard outpatient team
• Days Per Month: Two days per week
• On-Call/Weekends: Monday - Friday availability (5:30 AM - 12 PM); No weekend/on-call requirements

Compensation & Reimbursement:

• Mileage Reimbursement: Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 1 year of residency) in Addiction Medicine - REQUIRED
• Active Kentucky medical license - REQUIRED
• Provider must be local (only mileage reimbursement available) - REQUIRED
