Job summary

The position participates in quality control, process improvements, and data reporting, with a 40-hour work week and a day shift across multiple departments throughout the OhioHealth system.

Qualifications

• Applicable public health / addiction treatment knowledge expertise.
• Desirable certification may vary based on the department in which the job exists.

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs, provides education, assesses learning achieved, and provides support and navigation to patients and families.
• Participates in quality control and assurance.
• Participates in process improvement activities including collaboration with community organizations.
• Other duties may vary by department such as various program coordination, maintaining registries and collection and preparation of data for metrics reporting.
