Job summary

Qualifications

• Must qualify as a MHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132.
• Licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions.
• Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
• Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
