Job summary

Dixon Social Interactive Services, Inc. seeks a Qualified Professional (QP) or CADC to provide clinical services within SACOT/SAIOP programs in Wilson, NC. The role includes individual and group counseling, case management, treatment planning, and crisis response under supervision.

Responsibilities cover documentation, adherence to Medicaid and program policies, and maintaining client rights while coordinating with healthcare teams. On-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet NC Medicaid Qualified Professional (QP) criteria or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) criteria
• Credentialed by the NC Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board or registered at minimum
• Ability to read and write English and produce compliant clinical documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) for assigned caseload.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling services.
• Facilitate daily group counseling sessions per SACOT/SAIOP requirements.
• Document service notes reflecting SACOT/SAIOP services aligned with treatment goals.
• Ensure Medicaid, SACOT/SAIOP compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate biochemical screenings (e.g., urine drug screens) as required.
• Maintain crisis response capacity and participate in supervision.
