Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
- Equivalent experience in counseling is acceptable.
- Currently pursuing LCDC certification is also acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to patients assigned to the caseload.
- Complete individual chemical dependency assessments of new patients.
- Develop Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) within the established timeframe.
- Coordinate with medical staff to obtain urine samples for monthly urinalysis.
- Deliver public education on opioid treatment programs.
