Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an Addepar Onboarding Analyst to join our Capital Partners Family Office Client Services team in New York. You will lead the onboarding process for Consolidated Reporting Services, coordinating with Relationship Management and external advisors to ensure proper authentication and data access.

You’ll develop ownership structures, manage communications, and create client-facing and internal presentations.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in client onboarding, marketing and project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including customizing charts and graphs, multi-sheet analysis, and data linking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Monday.com recommended.

  • Lead client onboarding for Consolidated Reporting Services with front office and Family Office teams.
  • Coordinate with internal groups, external custodians and fund managers on onboarding issues.
  • Maintain onboarding metrics and provide weekly status updates to front office and Family Office teams.

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting an Addepar Onboarding Analyst to join our Capital Partners Family Office Client Services team. In this role, you will lead the client onboarding process for Consolidated Reporting Services. You will work directly with Relationship Management, Family Office Services, Client Onboarding, and external investment advisors to successfully onboard clients who have engaged BBH for consolidated reporting services. You will partner with Relationship Managers to develop accurate client ownership structures and manage communications with external investment advisors to ensure proper authentication and access to clients’ third‑party investment information. You will also be responsible for communicating onboarding status and escalating issues or concerns as needed. This role is also responsible for creating and maintaining client‑facing and internal presentations that describe the services and related processes. To be successful, you will need strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with knowledge of private and alternative assets. The ideal candidate is determined to solve problems, skilled at coordinating internal teams, and enjoys working directly with relationship teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Work directly with the front office teams on client onboarding
  • Liaison with internal teams, External custodians and external Fund Managers
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client onboarding issue escalation
  • Understand client relationships and ownership structures within Addepar
  • Working with internal groups to integrate systems and workflows
  • Identifying trends and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to resolve client issues
  • Create and maintain internal and client‑facing presentations on an ad hoc basis
  • Maintain onboarding metrics on Monday.com
  • Provide weekly status updates on front office teams and Family Office group.
  • Serve as a liaison between Addepar Alternative Data Management and our team
  • Overseeing and tracking multiple concurrent client onboardings
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in client onboarding, marketing and project management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including customizing charts and graphs, conducting multi‑sheet analysis, linking data across workbooks, and using advanced formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Monday.com knowledge recommended
  • Ability to identify, elevate and resolve problems and issues
  • Avid learner willing to develop subject matter expertise in new software
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented self‑starter
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt within a fast‑paced business environment
  • Experience with Addepar (a plus)
  • Working knowledge of performance and financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of private investments, including private equity, venture capital, and private real estate, with the ability to track and report on these assets
  • Working knowledge of performance analysis concepts (a plus)

This role is based in our New York City location and is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week in office.

Salary Range $70k-$90k base salary + annual bonus target. BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
