Goodwill Manasota in Stuart, FL is hiring for a Full-Time Donation Center Attendant Keyholder. You will provide world-class customer service at the donation center and support the leadership team to maintain a high-quality site.

Responsibilities

• As Donation Center Attendant Keyholder, provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site, including image, customer service, donor counts, security, and maintenance.
• Open and close as required, report Team Member absence, assign duties, and manage operation functions as assigned.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process
