Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Systems/DevOps Engineer to own and advance mission critical services in our Amazon Dedicated Clouds. You will work with U.S. Intelligence Community and Defense agencies to implement innovative cloud solutions and solve complex technical problems.

You will join a team that builds and maintains some of the world’s largest distributed systems, including AWS data centers and critical customer-facing services. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building scripts, tooling, and automation for large-scale computing environments
• 3+ years of systems administration (Linux or Windows)
• Experience with automation, testing, or monitoring framework development
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or equivalent
• 3+ years of networking and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
