Job summary

Mercor, a remote-first contractor connecting elite talent with AI-driven drug discovery, seeks a Preclinical R&D Expert specialized in ADCs and bispecifics. The role is contract-based with hourly compensation and flexible remote work.

You will review materials, classify data, and advise on development decisions while helping shape data standards for a client’s pipeline and AI models. This is a hands-on, senior position requiring 5+ years in preclinical R&D.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, non-administrative preclinical R&D experience at a company that develops its own drug assets in-house and has taken programs to the clinic.
• Direct experience with ADCs and/or bispecific (or multispecific) antibodies.
• Work in a core R&D function: discovery biology, medicinal chemistry, protein/antibody engineering, computational, in vivo/translational, pharmacology/PK-PD, toxicology, or CMC/formulation.
• 5+ years of relevant industry R&D experience.

Position: Preclinical R&D Expert – ADC & Bispecifics
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85–$142/hour
Location: Remote
