Responsibilities include diagnostic testing, ADAS calibrations, wiring repairs, and collaboration with shop staff to schedule and complete jobs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
4+ years automotive/electronic technician experience.
Knowledge of OE scan tools.
Wiring repair procedures.
Ability to service A/C systems.
Strong diagnostic skills in automotive trades.
Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets).
Willingness to update knowledge through educational materials.

Responsibilities

Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair.
Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
Performs wiring repairs.
Advises shop of needed repairs.
Keeps inventory of stock and coordinates orders with support staff.
Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
Collects signature or payment for work performed.
Delivers completed invoices and payments to office.
Keeps shop equipment operating and performs preventive maintenance.
Collaborates with teammates to schedule/complete jobs.
Other duties, as assigned.
