Job summary

CARIAD, Inc. in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Systems Engineer III for Vehicle System Integration within the ADAS unit. You will design, maintain and optimize the ADAS test bench, record and analyze software traces, and balance independent work with mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• California driver’s license required.
• Experience with ADAS or automotive test infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimize ADAS test bench setups for automated driving functions.
• Perform hardware and software updates, fault analysis, and documentation per software releases.
• Configure systems and complete commissioning procedures.
• Conduct tracing and analysis of logs using CANalyzer, CANoe, adb logcat and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support company objectives.
