Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Performance Engineer to set ADAS targets for production vehicle applications, validate against competition benchmarks, and report program status. You will coordinate with simulation teams to enhance requirements, build validation plans, and track progress for leadership reviews.

Requires a BS in engineering, 3 years of related experience, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is expected as part of program

Qualifications

• BS in engineering from ABET-accredited program or equivalent.
• 3 years of related engineering experience.
• Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets/Pages.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish budget and timing plans for assigned vehicle programs.
• Set objective performance targets for ADAS features based on benchmarks.
• Collaborate with ADAS simulation teams to improve requirement capabilities.
• Create and support validation plans for test engineering.
• Track and report development status to leadership.
• Develop risk mitigation plans for timing slips and issues.
• Prepare materials for leadership ride-and-drive events.
