Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks experienced ADAS Test Drivers to support function-testing on public roads across New York State. You will drive test vehicles along predefined routes, collect data, and work with engineers to evaluate ADAS features in real-world conditions.

Ideal candidates have automotive or vehicle testing experience, strong technical skills, and a meticulous approach to documenting observations while adhering to safety protocols and testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Local to New York State with ability to travel to testing locations.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Valid US driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record for past 5 years, no major violations.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Experience in automotive testing, vehicle testing, mapping, data collection, or related field.
• Strong technical proficiency with smartphones, applications, software, and tech equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed testing instructions and predefined routes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results.

Responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles on public roads across assigned areas of New York State.
• Follow predefined routes and detailed testing procedures.
• Support testing and evaluation of ADAS functions in real-world driving.
• Operate and interact with technical equipment, testing tools, and applications.
• Monitor vehicle and system behavior and record observations accurately.
• Identify, document, and report technical issues or testing irregularities.
• Collaborate with engineers and project team to complete testing per requirements.
• Maintain safety and high attention to detail while driving and testing.
• Ensure testing activities and data meet quality standards.
