Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Co-Pilot / Operator for our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems data collection project. You will work closely with the driver and coordination team to monitor onboard systems, annotate events, and ensure accurate data recording throughout each test drive.

This field-based role requires sharp attention to detail, solid basic technical understanding, and the ability to stay focused during long data collection sessions across multiple locations including Detroit, MI and several in

Qualifications

• Role requires strong attention to detail and focus during long driving sessions.
• Experience with data collection for ADAS or automotive testing preferred.
• Familiarity with file systems and data backup processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel between locations as assigned.
• Monitor system status, sensors, and data recording.
• Identify and report malfunctions or data irregularities.
• Tag and categorize road objects using touchscreen.
• Manage data backups and verify transfers.
• Coordinate with driver and local coordinator on route progress.
